We offer 4 Seasonal Rates . . . .

VALUE SEASON: $134.00/Night + 12.50% Tax. 2 Night minimum January through May and September except Holiday weekends.

REGULAR SEASON: $154.00/Night + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday weekends; 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.

PREMIER SEASON: $177.00/Night + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th and October.

HOLIDAY SEASON: $204.00/Night + 12.50% Tax. 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season; 4 night minimum Christmas through New Years season.

OTHER CHARGES: A $69.00 reservation fee will be added to your reservation.  This fee covers a 120 item "pre-check in" inspection to be SURE that everything is working and ready for your enjoyment.
